We used this service for our transfer from San Francisco hotel to our Napa hotel and back. Getting quotes and booking was easy and quick. We receied all relevant information, as well as a call/check in before our pick up. The vehicle was clean, timely and the driver and team (email) were all very responsive and provided an overall positive experience. If I'm every back in San Fran and need private transportation, I'd definitely return to this company.

Limo SF VIP was extremely responsive out the gate. They quickly accommodated a very flimsy itinerary and helped us shape it for a birthday celebration to remember. Our chauffeur was Stanislav and he was just amazing and pleasant for our wine tour from SF to Sonoma. He was very knowledgeable and helpful for the two of us not familiar at all with the area. He was early for pickup and beyond professional. The car was exquisite and very clean. I'd highly recommend this car services in San Francisco and will definitely be a repeat customer when I return to the coast.

I got home after a long flight and it was great to be able to get in a car and be driven straight home. It's also great to have a service to take me home when the BART and buses are not running (it was a Sunday evening).

We used Limo SF VIP this weekend for my bachelorette and they were great. We booked a Benz sprinter and it was fabulous. Amazing service!!! We were looking to rent a limo for my friend's birthday. The driver showed up early with the limo freshly washed and in beautiful condition. We reserved a sprinter van, which was clean, new and perfect for our trip to Napa. Our driver, Igor, was professional, prepared and kind. We had 14 people for my little sisters 21st birthday, the chauffeur and amazing concierge of the day was early to arrive and completely prepared. We had an itinerary that seemed to change by the minute and all the driver ever said was, perfect, sounds like a good plan. The stretch Escalade was spotless inside and out and was that way everytime we stepped back into it. You couldn't ask for better quality and service.
